Please consider submitting a proposal for the conference. Click here or the “Submit Proposals” button below to get started. The deadline for proposals is Friday, January 17th at 11:59pm. Acceptance letters will go out no later than Friday, January 31st.
We will also recognize our Professional of the Year at the conference. Please nominate worthy candidates by Friday, January 31st, for consideration for this year’s award.
The regular conference registration fee is $300 (annual membership is included free with registration).
Early Bird Registration includes a 10% discount! To qualify for the $270 registration fee, you must register by Monday, January 20th at 11:59pm. (*Use drop down box below to choose appropriate rate.*)
-For full-time graduate students, we are able to offer the special rate of $150.
-If you wish to be become/remain a member of SCAIR but cannot attend the conference this year, please visit the Membership section to of our web site. Annual memberships expire on March 31st of each year.
PayPal is the preferred method of payment for the SCAIR Conference and membership. Paypal will deliver your receipt to your email address. You will not receive a separate receipt from SCAIR. If you need to pay by check (payable to SCAIR – tax id 45-2441434), please select the “Bill Me” option on the registration form.
