Katlyn Bagley-Sepsey serves as the Director of Institutional Research, Reporting, and Data Stewardship at Furman University. With a strong foundation in data-informed decision-making, she supports strategic planning, assessment, and accreditation efforts across campus. Katlyn holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina Aiken, an M.S. from the University of Georgia, and a B.S. from Presbyterian College. Her work is driven by a commitment to equity, transparency, and continuous improvement in higher education. Outside of her professional role, Katlyn enjoys spending quality time with her family and is an active contributor to inclusive campus initiatives, fostering collaborative relationships across institutions.
