Ms. LaQuanda D. Chance (BSc, MSc ISTM) is a distinguished Senior Data Analyst at the University of South Carolina, where she leads institutional reporting and strategic analytics in support of the university’s eight-campus system. With more than two decades of experience spanning higher education, healthcare, and insurance, she is recognized for her ability to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive policy, planning, and institutional performance.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology and a Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology Management, and she is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Information Technology. Her technical expertise includes advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, and Adobe Creative Suite.
In addition to her professional work, Ms. Chance is the owner of QBCreationz LLC, where she provides creative services in branding, design, and AI digital media. She is also a proud and active member of many community-oriented organizations.
