Catherine has taken a long road around higher education and has now returned to IR as Tri-County’s Director of Compliance.  From 2014-2020, she had her own small business, working to help schools increase their online enrollment and reach more students.  She has built multi-institutional data platforms, written state and federal grants, and collaborated on state policy across multiple agencies.  While family keeps her in the Upstate, she is very happy back in IR and looks forward to taking on new projects for Tri-County. She earned a PhD from the University of Maryland and a MAT and BA from the University of South Carolina.
