Cleve currently serves as the Director of Academic Support, Institutional Effectiveness, Institutional Research, and IT Reporting at Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from South Carolina State University, a Master of Business Administration from Augusta University (formally The Medical College of Georgia / Augusta College), a Certificate in Higher Education Leadership from the University of South Carolina, and a Doctorate in Community College Policy and Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Cleve has decades of proven experience in technical systems analysis, information technology, general business management, project management, data analysis, and strategic planning in both the governmental and corporate sectors (fortune 100 companies). He has served in various chief data consulting agency capacities for numerous state and federal grants. Additionally, he is a licensed residential building specialty contractor, a licensed real-estate agent and property manager, a volunteer Youth Arbitrator for the Richland County Sheriff’s Department and a fourth-generation farmer.
