Dr. Ben Reynolds

As Director of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Accreditation, and Assessment at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dr. Reynolds provides leadership in the areas of accreditation, assessment, and institutional research. He is deeply committed to supporting an environment where excellent teaching and innovative research produce transformative experiences for students and long-term benefits to the local community and broader world. He believes that insight and accountability are possible when data is carefully collected and rigorously interpreted. He has authored or edited four scholarly books and holds degrees from Wofford College, Duke University, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In his free time, Dr. Reynolds enjoys playing tennis, fishing, and traveling with his family.
