Dr. Juan Xu is the Director of Institutional Research at Clemson University. Juan leads a team of six to complete state and federal compliance reporting, to conduct benchmarking research and analysis and to develop analytics tools/visualization to inform university planning and decision making. Juan holds a PhD Degree majoring in Higher Education Administration and minoring in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She also holds a Bachelors and a Master’s degree in industrial engineering management from Harbin Institute of Technology (China). By 2023, Juan has been working in the field of Institutional Research for 22 years at public universities in Canada and in the US.
