Jonathan Poon
President-Elect
Jonathan is the Assistant Director of Institutional Research and Analytics in the Office of Institutional Research, Assessment and Analytics at the University of South Carolina. In his role, his primary job is managing the state compliance enrollment reporting process for the entire University System. He is currently collaborating with the Department of IT in efforts to provide an enterprise data modeling platform that will offer the ability for University Divisions to gain rapid, actionable data insights through Tableau. In addition to this, he is the lead developer for the President’s Strategic Plan monitoring tool that will guide the President and fellow Senior Leadership in assessing goals to be accomplished by 2025. Jonathan holds a Master of Applied Statistics at the University of South Carolina, and his B.S. in Mathematics from Francis Marion University. In his free time Jonathan enjoys trail running, cooking and spending time with his partner and pups.
